Location: Adams Morey Group – Multiple Sites (Travel Required)
Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM i.e. 40 hours per week, 30 minutes lunch (unpaid).

Are you an experienced and proactive HR professional looking to make an impact? At Adams Morey, we’re on the lookout for a highly capable People & Culture Administrator to join our dynamic People & Culture Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, driven individual to take on a pivotal role supporting the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to internal communications and people-focused initiatives.
You’ll play a key part in delivering an exceptional employee experience and supporting our evolving People & Culture strategy. In return, you’ll be joining a forward-thinking business where your ideas and contributions will be genuinely valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development and execution of people and recruitment strategies across the group.
- Drafting contracts and offer letters for new employees.
- Coordinating the onboarding process to ensure a professional and efficient start for all new hires.
- Organising and delivering company-wide induction sessions.
- Managing HR system data input, ensuring accurate and timely processing of new starters and leavers.
- Ensure accurate staff data on Cascade for pay processing.
- Processing employee changes such as pay rate updates.
- Assisting with data analysis and creating reports for the People & Culture Team and managers.
- Supporting recruitment activities, including tracking candidate data and attending events.
- Creating engaging social media content to promote staff successes and job opportunities.
- Producing the monthly internal staff newsletter.
- Providing project support to People & Culture initiatives.
- Attending recruitment open days at school and colleges.
- Visiting dealerships across the group to offer HR support where required.
Ideally, we are looking for:
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards it (desirable).
- Previous experience in HR.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint); experience with Iris Cascade a plus.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities.
- A proactive, adaptable team player who thrives on delivering results.
- Full UK driving licence (essential – travel between sites required on occasion).
